| The Policy Institute for Religion
and State (PIFRAS) recognizes the devastation and suffering caused
by the earthquake in the Himalayan region of Kashmir on October 8,
2005. PIFRAS has been trying to help the victims in a timely and meaningful
way. PIFRAS is raising funds to help the victims.
We have selected Doctors Worldwide, a non profit organization which
is working in the quake affected areas, to be the recipient of the
